 Ayurveda cooking is an approach to how, when and what you eat based on your body type, the current state of your health, season and desired outcome.

  Ayurveda principles can be applied to all kinds of cuisines and styles of eating from Mexican to Italian, vegetarian to non-vegetarian and many of the trend diets.

  Ayurveda considers each person as an individual and recognises that there is no one type of diet for all, It also emphasises on having good digestion which is the root of good health.

In this workshop, you will discover the joys and benefits of cooking using Ayurveda principles, learn about the six tastes and how to adjust your cooking for the seasons.  We end the class sitting down to eat our vegetarian meal.
