Hatha yoga  group classes are a balanced blend of stretching, asanas, pranayama, relaxation,  meditation and some sun salutations (if that is appropriate). I also bring  Ayurvedic insights into the class to enhance

the health and well being of the students.

Restorative Yoga a very gentle yet profound practice that opens and relaxes the body whilst being supported by props (blankets, bolsters etc) in restful poses. Particular emphasis is placed on the breath, which enables the student to enter into a deep state of relaxation. Truly a nurturing experience. Suitable for all levels.


The cost depends on how many students are in the group, the location and if you will need mats and props.
